We collect Personal Information when you sign up for the Website. We collect this Personal Information to evaluate User applications and refer Service Provider’s based on Service Hirer’s requests. The Personal Information is used to evaluate each User and is displayed according to the description below.
Information You Provide to Us
During the initial sign up process, Users will provide their full names and either a license, passport or identification card to the Website. The Personal Information contained in these documents is used to perform a pre-screening by J Danielle Inc. Users may choose to link their Personal Information displayed on LinkedIn through an automatic API plugin or choose to manually give this information when signing up for the Website.
After pre-screening, a User’s name and photograph will be displayed on the Website to the party that requested such service. If a User has not paid for the J Danielle Inc. service or logged in to their J Danielle Inc. account then they will only be able to see other User’s first names, photograph and last initial. If a User paid for and signed in to their J Danielle Inc. account they will be able to view other User’s entire Personal Information profile. Further Personal Information, including but not limited to, employment history and education, is displayed according to the information provided to LinkedIn or through the manual information given. It is the Service Hirer’s discretion to choose their Service Provider from the options given.
We may need to send you announcements and account-related messages. These are considered part of the Website, and you are not able to opt-out of receiving these messages.

We will not share the Personal Information we have collected from you, except as described below:
